The details, up front.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes. We carry $2M commercial liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your building, property manager, or ownership entity on request — before the job — so we clear your vendor requirements up front.
How does pricing work?
Commercial work is priced by volume, labor, and access — never by the hour. For anything larger than a single suite we do a quick walkthrough (or review photos) and give you one flat, upfront number, with no hourly meter and no change orders unless the scope changes.
Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We schedule around your building's access rules and tenants — evenings and weekends included — so a cleanout never disrupts the businesses on the floor.
How fast can you respond and schedule?
We respond same-day and can often schedule same- or next-day service across the DTC, including on-call pickups. Larger cleanouts are scoped on a walkthrough and scheduled to hit your lease-end, move-out, or listing date.
What do you take, and what can't you take?
We take office furniture, cubicles, files, appliances, electronics, fixtures, and general build-out debris. We do not haul hazardous materials such as asbestos, wet paint, or solvents — those require licensed abatement, which we can point you to.
What happens to our data and old electronics?
Electronics and e-waste go to certified electronics recyclers. We coordinate secure hard-drive handling or destruction on request and can provide chain-of-custody and disposal documentation for your compliance file.
Do you donate or recycle?
Yes — donation comes first. Usable furniture goes to local charities, metal and electronics are recycled, and only what truly can't be reused is disposed of, with documentation on request.
Do you handle recurring hauls for property managers?
Yes. We work with property and facilities managers on scheduled and recurring hauls — tenant turnovers, common-area clearouts, and ongoing debris — on a contract basis, with one point of contact and consolidated invoicing across a portfolio.
Can you coordinate with our general contractor on a build-out?
Yes. We work directly with your GC or demo crew and the building's access rules, hauling debris on the project's schedule — mid-project and at final turnover.
What areas do you serve?
The Denver Tech Center and the south-metro business corridor — Greenwood Village, Centennial, southeast Denver, and the Inverness, Meridian, and Belleview Station office areas.
